My favorite restaurant in Mandalay Bay, hands down, is Aureole. The cuisine is superb, the service impeccable and did I mention there's a small lake with swans?
Yes, Aureole has quite a few treats for meeting planners, especially ones savvy enough to ask for seating in its Swan Court. Tucked in the very rear of the restaurant, some guests likely dine and leave without ever realizing it was there. Capable of seating up to 60, Swan Court allows guests to access private doors onto an exclusive patio which overlooks a lagoon that several of these majestic birds call home.
If you're group is larger in size, Aureole also offers three additional private dining spaces that can hold a total of 90 attendees. And, while we're most captivated by the swans, there's also a towering three-story wine tower equipped with Mission Impossible-style wine angels that use rigging to retrieve bottles upon request.

Named after yet another of the property's Top Chef Masters, rm seafood (for celebrity chef Rick Moonen) offers delectable seafood with a mind to sustainability.
With a playful decor that provides a subtle nod to the look and feel of a yacht, specialty dishes here include New England clam chowder, jumbo lump crab cakes and catfish sloppy joe (dubbed one of Oprah's favorite things).
