The Mirage is still as hot a destination as ever. When it comes to group dining, meeting planners will find cuisine to fit every taste and many of that is located just steps from the casino floor.
While we explore five of the hotel's most popular dining venues below, it should also be noted that outdoor spaces also abound. Groups can host catered affairs at The Mirage's tropical pools with cascading waterfalls and towering palm trees, choose to gather 'round the hotel's famed dolphin habitat (home to a family of bottlenose dolphins) for special events, or even host a session within the confines of the Mirage's ultra posh, ultra pool, Bare.
Just thinking about this burger joint is making my mouth water. Not only does BLT Burger got beef, but it's also got tasty turkey and lamb burgers, yummy fried pickles and divine spiked shakes.
While we refer to it casually as a burger joint, there's a world renowned chef behind this delectable concept - Laurent Tourondel. And, while the restaurant typically doesn't accept reservations, it wouldn't hurt to call them up and beg nicely in order to get your group into one of the best burger "joints" in town. It's interesting that one of the most noticeable aspects of this fine dining restaurant is one of it's private dining spaces. Located adjacent to The Mirage's casino floor, Japonais features a satellite private dining venue - sheltered by gauzy white sheers - that appears to float within a tropical garden oasis. Referred to as the "Island," the space is capable of accommodating up to 55 guests at a time (35 standing and 20 seated).
Other special event spaces include Japonais' Lounge, able to accommodate 20 to 150 guests in a cocktail configuration; and a private dining room which can accommodate a seated dinner of up to 16 or a cocktail event for up to 35 attendees.
And, if you haven't guessed from the name, the restaurant serves contemporary Japanese fare.

Offering authentic Chinese cuisine, Fin is an elegant restaurant also located just off The Mirage's casino floor. Eye-catching globes of amber cascade from the ceiling serving as both decor and a clever way of dividing the space into cozy little sections.
Two private dining spaces, enclosed behind glass walls, are each capable of holding eight guests each.
Signature dishes include wok-fried beef tenderloin, Imperial peking duck and lobster tail with XO sauce.

Located right off The Mirage's lobby, Kokomo's offers a wonderful open-air feel as it has no true walls to cut it off from the action (as well as the lush indoor tropical garden) that surrounds it. A great place to see and be seen, Kokomo's serves up prime chops and fresh seafood nightly.

Tucked in a rear corner off the resort's expansive casino floor, its not impossible to completely overlook Onda Ristorante, but it's definitely worth a visit at the very least for a cocktail reception within it's chic wine lounge capable of seating up to 58.
Voted "Best Italian Restaurant" by the Las Vegas Concierge Association, Onda offers classic-rustic Italian cuisine, wine by the glass and tasting flights accompanied by artisan cheese and meats.
